I am very impressed with the quality of service provided by SOTIS Merchant Services. When it came time for the EMV liability shift, back in 2015, SOTIS educated and advised us on the true risk factors we would face if we didn’t accommodate chip transactions. Our POS system did not have a solution for EMV at that time. As a courtesy, SOTIS provided us with chip-capable credit card machines to ensure we would not lose any money due to chargebacks. When our POS company finally offered an EMV compliant solution, they were not going to allow us to use our preferred merchant provider. SOTIS stepped in again and uncovered an integrated solution, which enabled us to continue to use their processing services, with EMV, completely integrated with our POS system!!
